My Rubik's Cube Madness Day (on 14th March 2009) :(:(:(
The Rubik's cube is a mind-bending, colour-mixing puzzle. To solve the puzzle, you need to make each of the six sides all of one colour.
There is more than one method to solve the cube. I went to a Rubik's cube class at the Civil Service Club on Saturday, and learnt the seven step method. The class was held in a room with a weird name - "The Neptune Room". Totally weird! I found it hard, I mean super duper hard to memorize this method, although it was easy in the beginning!
Thinking about it now, the lesson wasn't that bad at the end too. But the air-conditioning was just too cold! :( Luckily, I had my jacket with me; but it was not enough to keep me warm.
There were about 20 people taking the class, both children and adults. One lady got impatient after a while, when nothing happened and asked "When is the lesson going to start?" She was told that the main teacher was on the way to the Club. Once we started, it was actually quite fun to keep turning the faces of the cube given to each of us to finish one of the 7 steps. Sometimes when I made a mistake, I had to go back to a previous step to put it right before moving on to the next step.
There are symbols to tell you what way to turn the cube. They are L,R,F,U,D.B.Li,Ri,Fi,Ui,Di and Bi. I have a paper about the symbols and the method, and another one showing the seven step solution. I am keeping the papers and the cube carefully so that I can always refer to the papers when I am practising the steps with the cube.
I hope to make more friends with other children who like Rubik's cube.

My December Holidays(2008)
For my holidays I went overseas to India; the country is quite polluted.I wonder why. My family and I saw waterfalls in the mountains. Such A swirly road! Twisting and turning every time! My father even said that we could put our feet in the water; normally he would NOT let us do that, since it's a holiday he decided to let it go. Ahhh....cool waters. Come on, I need to wake myself up now. Then we went to Adithia's(one of my cousins) house. He had a sister who was called Nini but I call her Niniaka.Aditha's room is COOL and he has an electric guitar! But there is one more thing I want to tell you about guitars, his old guitar broke and I never heard it!
